Our four-vehicle fleet covers every airport party size: a Lincoln Continental for up to 2 passengers travelling light, a Cadillac Escalade ESV or GMC Yukon Denali for up to 5 passengers with luggage, or a Chevrolet Suburban LT for a group. All vehicles are late-model, black exterior, leather interior, climate-controlled. No surprises at the kerb.

Honest Assessment
If you are travelling alone with one carry-on bag, landing at a domestic terminal, and heading somewhere you could walk to a cab stand in two minutes — a taxi or ride-share will cost less and work fine. Elite Ride is optimized for situations where the $30-$50 premium over a taxi is justified: travelling with a group, checking multiple bags, arriving internationally at 11 p.m. after a 14-hour flight, or expensing the trip to a client account where a professional receipt matters. We are a licensed chauffeur service, not a discount airport shuttle. If price-per-kilometre is your primary criterion, we are probably not the correct choice for that trip.

The $30 YVR surcharge covers your chauffeur entering the terminal, waiting at the arrivals hall with a name board, up to 60 minutes of complimentary wait time from your actual landing, and airport parking. If your bags are slow or you have a long customs queue, you are not watching a meter run. It is a fixed, transparent add-on — nothing is added on top at drop-off.
Your driver monitors your flight number from departure. If your inbound aircraft is delayed, the dispatch adjusts automatically. You do not need to call or text us. The 60-minute complimentary wait window begins from your updated actual landing time, not the original scheduled time. If a delay extends beyond a point where dispatch must change significantly, we will contact you directly.
We recommend booking at least 4 hours before your flight lands. For early-morning arrivals (before 7 a.m.) or peak travel periods (holidays, ski season weekends), 24 hours advance is preferred to guarantee your preferred vehicle. YVR has one main terminal building. Domestic arrivals exit on Level 2; international arrivals exit post-customs on the international arrivals level. Your chauffeur will be at the correct exit based on your flight type.
