The car your clients see first
sets the tone for the meeting.

Corporate transportation in Vancouver is a small category with a wide quality gap. At the lower end: app-based rides with dynamic pricing, consumer vehicles, and no guarantee of the same standard twice. At the upper end: licensed chauffeur services operating under BC Passenger Transportation Board authorization, with commercial insurance, fixed-rate contracts, and vehicles maintained to a consistent standard.

Elite Ride sits in the second category. We operate as a licensed chauffeur service with commercial insurance. Our rates are fixed at booking — not subject to surge pricing, not adjusted for traffic, not recalculated when you cross a zone boundary. Fare is locked at confirmation, all-in, every time — whether your executive is flying out on a Tuesday or during peak holiday travel. That predictability is what corporate travel managers and executive assistants need when submitting expense reports or managing travel budgets.

Our four-vehicle fleet covers solo executive travel (Lincoln Continental, up to 2 passengers) through to team transfers (Cadillac Escalade ESV, GMC Yukon Denali, or Chevrolet Suburban LT, up to 5 passengers each). All vehicles are late-model, black exterior, professionally maintained. Every booking generates a digital receipt formatted for expense submission. Monthly consolidated invoicing is available for accounts with regular travel volume.

Four things app-based rides cannot provide.

01
Fixed rates, not dynamic
Every Elite Ride corporate fare is locked at booking. No surge pricing during peak conference periods, no rate fluctuation during weather events. Your CFO knows the travel budget before the trip happens, not after the receipt arrives.
02
Licensed & commercially insured
Licensed chauffeur services carry commercial passenger insurance that app-based consumer rides do not. For corporate liability purposes, the distinction matters. Every Elite Ride transfer is covered under a licensed operating certificate, not a personal auto policy.
03
Expense-ready receipts
Every booking generates a digital receipt showing the full fare breakdown: base rate, surcharges, gratuity, GST, and total. GST registration number included. Receipts arrive by email within minutes of drop-off. No chasing app screenshots for finance teams.
04
Flight tracking on airport runs
For YVR airport transfers, your driver monitors the flight from departure. A delayed red-eye does not require a call to the dispatch line. The driver adjusts automatically, and the meet & greet wait window starts from actual landing, not scheduled landing.

Common executive routes, priced exactly.

All rates are flat fares, all-in. Shown prices include 20% gratuity and 5% GST — nothing added at checkout. YVR airport arrival routes include the $30 surcharge (meet-and-greet + parking).

Metro Vancouver, every corporate corridor.

Elite Ride handles corporate transfers across Metro Vancouver’s full business geography — not just the downtown core.

When corporate limo is not the right tool.

If your company’s travel policy is strictly cost-minimizing and the traveller’s destination is well-served by SkyTrain or a standard taxi, a licensed chauffeur service adds cost without proportionate operational benefit. Elite Ride is the right choice when at least one of these is true: the traveller is client-facing and the vehicle reflects on the company; the route involves YVR and schedule reliability matters; the trip is billable to a client account where a formal commercial receipt is required; or the party size makes a single SUV more efficient than multiple app-based vehicles. If none of these apply, the premium is hard to justify on efficiency grounds alone.

Corporate transport, answered.

What is the hourly rate for a corporate limo in Vancouver?

All rates are flat, all-in with 20% gratuity and 5% GST. 1-hour minimum. See the pricing table on this page for current sedan and SUV hourly rates, half-day, and full-day pricing.

Do you offer monthly invoicing for corporate accounts?

Yes. Corporate accounts with regular travel volume can be set up for consolidated monthly invoicing. All individual trip receipts are available by email immediately after each transfer, and a monthly summary invoice is issued at month-end. Contact us at info@eliteride.ca or (604) 206-3662 to set up a corporate account.

Are your receipts formatted for expense submission?

Yes. Every booking generates a digital receipt showing the full fare breakdown: base rate, applicable surcharges, 20% gratuity, 5% GST, and total. Our GST registration number is included on all receipts. Receipts arrive by email within minutes of drop-off and are formatted for standard corporate expense submission.

What is the difference between Elite Ride and app-based ride services for corporate travel?

Three substantive differences: (1) Licensed operation with commercial passenger insurance — app-based services use personal auto insurance even for commercial trips; (2) fixed pricing — fares are locked at booking with no surge; (3) predictable vehicle standard — you receive one of four specific late-model vehicles, not a random consumer car. For client-facing travel or expense-accountable trips, these distinctions have operational and liability implications.

Can you coordinate multiple vehicles for a corporate group?

Yes. For corporate retreats, team offsites, or executive groups arriving on the same flight, we can coordinate multiple vehicles departing at the same time. This is common for Vancouver to Whistler corporate retreat transfers. Contact (604) 206-3662 or info@eliteride.ca at least 48 hours in advance for multi-vehicle coordination.

How far in advance should corporate bookings be made?

For routine airport transfers and point-to-point rides, 4 hours advance is sufficient. For early-morning pickups (before 06:00), multi-vehicle coordination, or peak travel periods, 24-48 hours is recommended. Recurring corporate bookings (e.g., weekly airport runs) can be scheduled in advance through the corporate account process. Same-day bookings are accepted subject to vehicle availability — call (604) 206-3662 directly for urgent requests.
